I was not a fan of Shadowbane and felt the programing in that game was horrid although the ideas and the general game mechanics were fine. However this project has me very excited since Stray Bullet will not be programming the engine and will concentrate on what they do best, great game ideas.

Keep the cool stuff coming.

But ask your self this, is there a game out there that is better than SB ? no ifs or ands either just ask that question.

I loved the Future vs Fantasy mod for Quake 1, though I doubt this "Future Fantasy" MMO will be in any way similiar.

Although the dynamics of shadowbane may be lacking compared to other mmo's, there are specific things that truly set that game apart and should be incorporated into this current work. Sense of loss, first and foremost. Allowing for accountability and retribution in game is why many of us play and remain loyal to sb. Class/race/disc combinations provide for virtually limitless character creation combinations and avoids the "cookiecutter," no offense Cookie, clone aspect of other games. Looking forward to notes on future developments. Good luck guys.

It kind of reminds me of RIFTS table top role playing game from Palladium, I loved that game, so this is exciting can not wait to see more.
