Pre-UO:R style PvP would be sufficient imo.

I heard it at last. All I have to say is I hate you. Y'all are a worse tease than a religious drunken prom queen.

Or, maybe they're just messing with us :-) I have a hard time believing SBG would flip to the O.o side and release a game with only consensual PvP. I have to hold out hope that they're still up to a FFA PvP environment.
by the sound of many of the replys to posts it seams that SBG is going to head in the direction more traveled.. or i should say the direction paved in gold (IE money).

new PvP MMORPG's are going more tward a "Age of Conan" and "WarHammer" type game.

with these two giants coming to the PvP MMORPG community, SBG needs to drop the "lets make a game for everyone" idea and get back to there roots of a FFA PvP game.

if not i think many people will rather just play the other new MMO PvP games that will be out before this game will.

lets hope that the SBG game is as hard core as it gets... no love for the sheep!!

I just listened to the interview. I have to say it's a shame that the creators of Shadowbane dont know what makes Shadowbane so great.

Character creation, pvp, and city building. No other game offers anything close to those three.

The comment by Sam about being tired of the pvp after 45 minutes means he should go play WOW. With Shadowbane, you dont just play, you play to cursh.

Also, the "scripted experiences" is a scary thing. Its Shadowbane, not Shadowquest.

Finally, did he just say sport? If I wanted to do the same thing over and over again with different players then I would simply turn on my x-box.

There is a reason why Shadowbane has such loyal fans, because we love the game. Just update the graphics and leave the game exactly as it is and call it SB2 and make all of our dreams come true.

that was done while ago plus if look the contract died in 2008, it was posted in 2007 when ashen templen was still working here.

for on all this game is practly dead, more and more people quit and move on. something happen that they couldn't work around. I remeber ashen templen was talking about shadowbane around 2000.

bungie another company that was around before that but only made it big with halo around same time that shadowbane came out, look where they are know huge company and is about to make 4th game of halo reach. so odds that this poor company has any hope comeing from with end is very small. I am sure they debating on when to shut down these servers.

I'm going to assume this company is dead, considering I tried to call the phone number listed under contacts to see if I could get some sort of information about their game, but the phone line is a dead line. I've also noticed nothing new has been posted since I last logged into this account almost 1 year ago. So, something would be nice. Anything, at least to let us know you guys are still alive and kicking it. If you guys need some help, I'd be more than happy to do whatever I can.
